Mickey Pelletier is the founder of CWM Strategies and a contingent workforce management expert. He has spent over 17 years designing, implementing, operating, managing, and expanding contingent workforce solutions for clients all over the world. He is skilled in providing comprehensive analysis and strategies to bridge leading practices with future innovations. He knows the importance of change management and how that generates the best outcome for developing and executing a strategy.  With his experience, he can help a client’s contingent workforce program develop through the maturation cycle and evolve into a leading program – giving access to the right talent, at the right price, in a compliant manner.

Mickey started CWM Strategies because the need for neutral consultants in the contingent workforce management space is growing.  Clients need future innovation. They need to improve their existing contingent workforce programs.  CWM Strategies bridges those needs.

Mickey’s background is well rounded as it is based on experience working for large MSPs, VMS providers, consulting firms, and as a client-side contingent workforce program leader. From this experience, he knows what works and what does not.  He takes the best of what’s available and simplifies it for you.
